    One of the leading IVF brands, Nova, was looking to get a significant market share by pushing digital to get the right audience. The task was tricky as this is a one-time customer who needs to hear about Nova at a very specific time.

  • Problem

    The client wanted to increase the number of calls and walk-ins & total number of in-bound leads that they would get on their website.

  • Approach

    We fixed all their landing pages to load in 3 seconds and created a video that showcased all the best features about Nova. We also carried out an extensive YouTube campaign. We also fixed their lead flow to the call center and crafted communication for users at different levels of the funnel. Moreover, we created a custom flow to get 1.5X users from higher intent.
